Anti-Wrinkle Therapy

Anti-wrinkle treatments use a toxin that’s been used medically since the 1970s for the treatment of squints, spasm of muscles and more recently bladder and oesophagus issues.

We divide the face into 3 areas: ‘glabellar’ between the eyes, ‘frontalis’ the forehead lines and ‘crows feet’ around the outer eye.

It takes up to 14 days to completely work and will last 3-4 months.
Don’t worry if you are apprehensive about needles. We can take our time and you should not have a problem.

This treatment is suitable for conditions such as crows feet, frown lines & looking tired.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are made from hyaluronic acid (HA). This is a natural product within the body and hence it is safe to use. As we age our facial skin loses volume and we succumb to wrinkles and folds of the skin.

Fillers put the volume and youthfulness back into the face. This effect is enhanced by the fact that HA attracts water in the body to plump up features further. Different fillers are used for different areas of the face depending on the desired effect.

Cheek augmentation lifts the cheek line and adds definition. Lips can be enhanced in an age-appropriate manner. Wrinkles around the mouth and marionette lines can be softened.

There are many uses for fillers including treatment of conditions such as jowls, saggy neck & looking tired. A consultation is advised.

Non-surgical nose job (liquid rhinoplasty)

A non surgical nose job (or liquid rhinoplasty) is a non invasive method of creating a more well defined nose. It is extremely popular because of its instant results without the associated recovery time required for surgical rhinoplasty. It involves injecting dermal fillers, most commonly hyaluronic acid ones which are used to alter and shape a person’s nose without invasive surgery.

Compared with surgical nose operation, nose fillers produce more natural results and do not drastically change your appearance. Expertly administered dermal filler injections can give added height to the nose bridge and sculpt the angle of the nose tip – they can also help to smooth out the appearance of natural bumps on the nose bridge caused by the nasal bone.

Fat Dissolving Treatment

Fat dissolving injections offer a fast, safe, non-surgical fat reduction solution designed to treat stubborn pockets of fat which are not responsive to diet and exercise alone. In line with similar injectable treatments, the active ingredient is Deoxycholic Acid, proven to reduce fat deposits for the right patients. The product is conveniently separated into a face and body concentration, Desoface and Desobody, and side effects are minimal.

Fat dissolving injections, also known as lipolytic injections, destroy fat cells by damaging the fat cell membrane and liquifying the fat in the treatment area. The destroyed fat cells are then broken down and removed naturally through the body’s lymphatic system .

Fat dissolving treatments are priced per vial. The number of vials required varies with each individual and will be determined at your consultation, depending on the type, size and number of areas to be treated. On average between 2 to 4 vials may be required per area per session. Dr Camilla will provide a final price at your consultation.
